Choose your scan
Select Skopos Core (30 min, $1,199) or Skopos Comprehensive (45 min, $1,999) and book online in minutes. No referral or insurance needed.

Complete your intake
After booking, a brief telehealth intake with one of our independent network Providers is scheduled at your convenience. This is required by New York State law before any MRI scan and takes approximately 10 minutes. Skopos coordinates this for you — no separate referral needed.

Arrive for your scan
Visit our imaging partner on your scheduled date. Your scan is completed in 30 minutes (Core) or 45 minutes (Comprehensive) — no contrast dye, no radiation, no special preparation required.

Receive your report
Within 5–7 business days, your board-certified radiologist's report is delivered — a plain-language findings summary covering every area scanned, with any significant findings clearly identified.

Review with a provider
One of our independent Providers will schedule a follow-up consultation with you to walk through your results in detail, answer your questions, and explain what any findings mean for your health. You leave with clarity, not confusion.

Know what to do next
The Provider will recommend any indicated follow-up steps and advise you to share your report with your primary care provider. For any urgent finding, escalation happens immediately — you are never left waiting.

1. WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?
We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us or which is collected automatically when you express an interest in obtaining information about us or our products and Services, when you visit or otherwise participate in activities on the Services, such as booking an appointment or paying your bill, or when you contact us.
Personally Identifiable Information ("PII") you disclose to us.
The personally identifiable information ("PII"), which may specifically identify an individual or business, that we collect depends on the context of your interactions with us and the Services, the choices you make, and the products and features you use. We automatically collect certain information when you visit, use, or navigate the Services. This non-personally identifying information ("Non-PII") does not reveal your specific identity (like your name or contact information) but may include device and usage information, such as your IP address, browser and device characteristics and history, operating system, language preferences, referring URLs, device name, country, geolocation, behavioral consumer profile, information about how and when you use our Services, time spent on the Website and third party sites, pages visited, links clicked, payment methods used, the pages that led you to our Services, and other technical information.
The information we collect includes:
Log and usage data. Log and usage data is service-related, diagnostic, usage, and performance information our servers automatically collect when you access or use our Services and which we record in log files.
Device data. We collect device data such as information about your computer, phone, tablet, or other device you use to access the Services.
Location data. We collect geolocation data such as information about your device's location, which can be either precise or imprecise. You can opt out of allowing us to collect this information by disabling your Location setting on your device.

We may also share your personal information to facilitate payment (such as through Stripe), in connection with business transfers or acquisitions, with affiliates, with business partners, to comply with legal obligations, and in aggregate non-PII form for industry analysis purposes.

5. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?
When we no longer have a legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize such information, or, if this is not possible, we will securely store your personal information.
6. HOW DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION SAFE?
We have implemented appropriate and reasonable technical and organizational security measures designed to protect the security of any personal information we process. However, no electronic transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. TRANSMISSION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION TO AND FROM OUR SERVICES IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.
All PII that you provide to us must be true, complete, and accurate, and you must notify us of any changes to such personal information.
7. DO WE COLLECT INFORMATION FROM MINORS?
We do not knowingly solicit data from or market to children. By using the Services, you represent that you are at least eighteen (18) years old. IN NO EVENT WILL THE COMPANY PARTIES' AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU IN CONNECTION WITH THE SITE AND SERVICE OR THESE TERMS EXCEED THE AMOUNT (IF ANY) PAID BY YOU TO COMPANY IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT WHICH GAVE RISE TO THE LIABILITY.
14. APPLICABILITY OF DISCLAIMERS, EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITS

COMPANY MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS, WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS REGARDING SUCH THIRD-PARTY SERVICES OR WEBSITES AND WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE CAUSED BY YOUR USE OF OR RELIANCE ON SUCH THIRD SERVICES OR WEBSITES. YOUR USE OF THIRD-PARTY SERVICES OR WEBSITES IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.
16. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the COMPANY PARTIES from and against any damage, loss, cost or expense (including without limitation, legal fees and costs) incurred in connection with any third-party claim arising out of your use of the Services or any alleged breach by you of any provision of these Terms of Service, or the infringement by you of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity.
17. TERMINATION
In its sole and absolute discretion, with or without notice to you, Company may suspend or terminate your use of and access to the Services for any reason, including but not limited to: unauthorized access or use, any violation of these Terms of Service, tampering with software or data files, or abuse, deception or fraudulent behavior. 18. GENERAL
These Terms of Service and the relationship between you and Company shall be governed by the laws of the United States and the State of California without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Subject to the arbitration provisions herein, any action or proceeding arising from these Terms of Service will be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Santa Clara County, California.
Any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to the use of the Services must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred.
19. ARBITRATION
BINDING ARBITRATION OF ALL DISPUTES
If you have any dispute or disagreement with us regarding your use of or interaction with the Services, any purchases or other transactions, or any other unresolved claim or controversy (collectively, "Company Transactions or Relationships"), you will not have the right to pursue a claim in court or have a jury decide the claim, and you will not have the right to bring or participate in any class action or similar proceeding.
Any complaint, dispute, disagreement, claim, or controversy shall be resolved exclusively by final and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") and conducted in accordance with the AAA Commercial Arbitration Rules in effect at that time. The most recent version of the AAA rules is available at www.adr.org.
Arbitration proceedings will be held in Santa Clara County, California. The arbitrator shall apply internal laws of the State of California consistent with the Federal Arbitration Act and applicable statutes of limitations.
20. RISK OF LOSS
Company shall make all commercially reasonable efforts to maintain the availability of the Services; provided, however, that Company will not be responsible for any damage or losses related to any system errors or interruptions affecting the Services. The Services may be terminated at any time for any reason without advance notice.
21. SANCTIONS AND EXPORT POLICY
You may not use any service offered or provided by Company if you are the subject of U.S. sanctions or of sanctions consistent with U.S. law. You must comply with all U.S. or other export and re-export restrictions that may apply to goods, software, technology, and services when using any service offered or provided by Company.
22. MOBILE TERMS OF SERVICE
